Hon’ble Justice Nelson Sailo

Justice Nelson Sailo obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and in Law from the North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He enrolled himself in the Bar Council of Assam, Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Tripura, Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh on 21.03.1996 and began his practice in Guwahati. He later shifted his practice to Aizawl and was appointed as Government Advocate, Public Prosecutor and then as Additional Advocate General, Mizoram. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the High Court on 06.09.2010 and elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court on 15.11.2016. He became a permanent Judge on 12.11.2018.
